This Bulletin identifies the tests appropriate for consideration
\nby the P25 Compliance Assessment Program Governance Board for
\nCompliance Assessment testing in the area of Performance of a
\nConventional Mode Fixed Station transceiver. These tests were
\ndeemed appropriate by the industry and user members participating
\nin the work of the Compliance Assessment Process and Procedures
\nTask Group (CAPPTG). The CAPPTG includes TIA members and
\nrepresentatives of Federal, State and Local Public Safety agencies
\nand organizations. This group, being familiar with the relevant
\npublished standards, available P25 equipment and test equipment and
\nthe general intentions of the P25 Compliance Assessment Program,
\nreviewed all tests and performance recommendations described in
\nreferences [1] and [2].<\/p>\n

The P25 Compliance Assessment Program confirms that the
\nequipment of different manufacturers will interoperate with respect
\nto the P25 defined features, services and interfaces. P25
\nCompliance Assessment testing of the Common Air Interface is
\nexpected to eventually include;<\/p>\n
