Description

This standard specifies a procedure to determine the migration of substances from ion exchange, adsorbent or hybrid resin materials for use in contact with water intended for human consumption. The materials are used for a purposeful change of the water quality and they in a steady contact with the water during the water treatment. The methods for sampling, pre-treatment of samples, test procedure and calculation of results are given.
