This standard covers descriptions, classifications, properties, inspections, tests and ways of placing on themarket of commercial kitchen fire protection systems manufactured for commercial kitchens which serve more than 100 customers which are presented to markets as pre-engineered f class fire fighting systems. Commercial kitchen fire protection systems consist of the agent container assembled system valve filled with the f class fire extinguishing agent ; mechanic or pneumatic detection system ; pipe network to be manufactured and installed project basis ; the discharge nozzles of each different type of cooking equipment , duct and venting channel.
