This European Standard specifies the characteristics of flexible sheets of plastic or rubber intended for use as water vapour control layers for buildings and applies to both reinforced and unreinforced products. It specifies requirements and test methods and provides for the evaluation of conformity of the products wi th the requirements of this European Standard.
