Die Richtlinie gibt Unternehmen und Personen, die mit der Planung und Ausführung von Heizungsanlagen betraut sind, unter Beachtung des Produktsicherheitsgesetzes (ProdSG) eine Anleitung zur Auswahl und Bemessung von Heizkörperbefestigungen. Heizkörperbefestigungen sind für drei Anforderungsklassen (II, III, IV) definiert, vom Privathaushalt mit dem dort üblichen hohen Maß an Umsicht bis hin zu Sportstätten oder Schulen, in denen es vorhersehbar etwas „rauer“ zugeht. Für Sonderfälle wurde noch eine „nach oben offene noch robustere Klasse“ angefügt. Die Anforderungsklasse I ist entfallen.*www.vdi.de/6036
