Description

The Final Report of an aircraft accident investigation is the foundation for initiating the safety actions which are necessary to prevent further accidents from similar causes. Therefore, the Final Report on an accident must establish in detail what happened, how it happened and why it happened. The findings, causes and/or contributing factors of the Final Report should lead to safvety recommendations so that appropriate preventive measures can be taken.
