]]>
This Standard specifies requirements for handlamps and similar portable luminaires (hereafter referred to as "handlamps") which are held in the hand, hooked up or resting on a surface for use with electric light sources (an incandesecent lamp, a fluorescent lamp, other discharge lamps and electroluminescent devices such as an LED) on supply voltages not exceeding 250 V.

This Standard is applicable to handlamps which can be fixed to a support by means of a wing screw, clip or magnet (e.g. handlamps intended for shedding light under a vehicle and for use at a construction site.

Those intended for inspection of the interior of barrels in which tere is a risk of generation of flammable gas are not included).

Portable handlamps with grips, and luminaires used for inspection inside instruments.

NOTE 1 In Japan, the portable handlamps as shown in figure OA are popularly used.

NOTE 2 The International Standard corresponding to this Standard and the symbol of degree of correspondence are as follows.

IEC 60598-2-8 : 2007 Luminaires – Part 2-8: Particular requirements – Handlamps (MOD)

In addition, symbols which denote the degree of correspondence in the contents between the relevant International Standard and JIS are IDT (identical), MOD (modified), and NEQ (not equivalent) according to ISO/IEC Guide 21-1.

ISO/TS 22028-4:2012 defines an extended colour-gamut output-referred RGB colour image encoding designated as European Colour Initiative RGB [eciRGB (2008)]. Digital images encoded using eciRGB (2008) can be manipulated, stored, transmitted, displayed, or printed by digital still picture imaging systems. Two precision levels are defined, using 8 bits/channel and 16 bits/channel.

ISO 22028-3:2012 specifies a family of scene-referred extended colour gamut RGB colour image encodings designated as reference input medium metric RGB (RIMM RGB). Digital images encoded using RIMM RGB can be manipulated, stored, transmitted, displayed or printed by digital still picture imaging systems. Three precision levels are defined using 8-, 12- and 16-bits/channel.

An extended luminance dynamic range version of RIMM RGB is also defined, designated as extended reference input medium metric RGB (ERIMM RGB). Two precision levels of ERIMM RGB are defined using 12- and 16-bits/channel.

FP-RIMM RGB, a floating point version of RIMM RGB, defines the expression method of RIMM RGB in a floating point figure. Three precision levels of FP-RIMM RGB are defined using 16-, 32- and 64-bits/channel.

This document describes the experimental framework, results, and conclusions from a round robin test that was performed in order to establish correlations between accelerated weathering according to the ISO 18930 test method and outdoor weathering at nine outdoor sites.

The types of digital printing technology that were used in this round robin test are aqueous inkjet, solvent inkjet, UV curable inkjet, digitally-exposed silver halide, and thermal mass transfer. The image print stability data and correlations of this document are to be considered illustrative of the performance of these classes of materials. Extension of these correlations to other classes of materials, such as dye sublimation, is verified by appropriate experimentation.

ISO 22028-1:2004 specifies a set of requirements to be met by any extended-gamut colour encoding that is to be used for digital photography and/or graphic technology applications involving digital image storage, manipulation and/or interchange. ISO 22028-1:2004 is applicable to pictorial digital images that originate from an original scene, as well as digital images with content such as text, line art, vector graphics and other forms of original artwork. ISO 22028-1:2004 also describes a reference image-state-based digital imaging architecture, encompassing many common workflows, that can be used to classify extended colour encodings into a number of different image states. However, ISO 22028-1:2004 does not specify any particular workflow(s) that are to be used for digital photography and/or graphic technology applications.
