Although these chains are not intended for pocket wheel use, they can be used for pocket and sprocket wheel use. This chain shall never be used for overhead lifting applications.<\/p>\n<p>1.2 There are two classes each of machine and coil chain:<\/p>\n<p>1.2.1 Class MSMachine, straight-link steel chain,<\/p>\n<p>1.2.2 Class MTMachine, twist-link steel chain,<\/p>\n<p>1.2.3 Class CSCoil, straight-link chain, and<\/p>\n<p>1.2.4 Class CTCoil, twist-link steel chain.<\/p>\n<p>1.3 The values stated in either inch-pound units or SI units shall be regarded separately as standard. Within the text, the SI units are shown in brackets.
