Measurement equipment generating and\/or using radio frequency energy for industrial, scientific, medical, domestic or similar purposes within the frequency range 9 kHz to 400 GHz. Protection of the radio spectrum from spurious interference is of vital importance to the maintenance of succesful radio communications. This standard specifies radio disturbance limits for potentially interfering spurious emissions generated by Industrial, Scientific and medical apparatus. The standard is aimed at: manufacturers; design engineers; procurement engineers; importers of ISM apparatus; test laboratories; The standard will be used to achieve presumption of conformance to the “EU EMC directive”.<\/p>\n
