The method is applicable to the calibration of O<sub>3<\/sub> concentrations in the range 10&nbsp;\u00b5g m<sup>\u2212<\/sup><sup>3<\/sup> (5&nbsp;nmol mol<sup>\u2212<\/sup><sup>1<\/sup> mole fraction) to 2&nbsp;000&nbsp;\u00b5g m<sup>\u2212<\/sup><sup>3<\/sup> (1&nbsp;000&nbsp;nmol mol<sup>\u2212<\/sup><sup>1<\/sup> mole fraction).
