This international standard specifies the general requirements of transport packaging, especially the containers, which are formed or prepared for the temperature-controlled transport services of parcel shipping. Safety or sanitation is not guaranteed by the following standard.<\/p>\n

This standard set outs the general requirements of the packages that need to be fulfilled as transport packaging for safe storage and distribution of temperature-sensitive products. In certain circumstances, however, agreements shall be made among stakeholders under the conditions, including but not limited to the following:<\/p>\n

    When products weigh heavily;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  2. \n

    When dry ice or possible hazadous materials are present inside the package; or<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  3. \n
