1.3<\/span> Guidelines are given for utilizing Auger chemical effects for identification or characterization.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n

1.4<\/span> This guide is applicable to both electron excited and X-ray excited Auger electron spectroscopy.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n
