New IEEE Standard – Inactive-Withdrawn. System Administration Interface\/User and Group Administration for Computer Operating System Environments, is part of the POSIX(TM) series of standards for applications and user interfaces to open systems. The purpose of this standard is to provide a common set of utility programs, for the administration of theUser and Group Account entities described in the ISO\/IEC 9945-1:1996 (IEEE Std1003.1-1996) and ISO\/IEC 9945-2:1993 (IEEE Std 1003.2-1992) standards.<\/p>\n
