It identifies the protocol elements<br \/>\nprocedures, and behaviors that were found to be held in common<br \/>\namong a large portion of DCE manufacturers;<\/p>\n<p>&#8212; defines a format for extension of the AT command set in an<br \/>\norderly fashion.
