The CDPD Service Provider must select one<br \/>\nsubprofile from among this set for each real subnetwork interface<br \/>\nof a system. These technologies exhibit physical, functional,<br \/>\nperformance, and cost differences that render some subprofiles more<br \/>\nappropriate than others for particular uses.<\/p>\n<p>Other subnetwork technologies (subprofiles) may be used to meet<br \/>\nspecific deployment requirements. In such cases the CDPD Service<br \/>\nProvider must provide proper specification, including conformance<br \/>\nrequirements, to ensure procurement of an effective product.
