Grades 1, 2 and 3 brake fluid have been deleted. <\/p>\n<p><b>Scope<\/b><\/p>\n<p> This specification applies to clear and coloured anodized aluminium finishes for general purpose, decorative, and automotive applications, in which the anodic coating consists essentially of aluminium oxide. It specifies requirements for the surface treatment of the aluminium before anodizing, the thickness of the anodic oxide coating and the quality of sealing. <br \/> NOTE: When ordering to the requirements of this specification, supplementary information is required.
