Die Pr\u00fcfung untersucht das Verhalten von Abgasanlagen, die einem Brand von au\u00dfen oder einem Brand, der von au\u00dfen in das Innere der Abgasanlage eindringt, ausgesetzt sind. Diese Norm gilt zusammen mit EN 1363-1. Zugluftsch\u00e4chte f\u00fcr Verbrennungsluft in Abgasanlagen k\u00f6nnen ebenfalls eingeschlossen werden. Die Norm gilt auch f\u00fcr diese Abgasanlagen. Anhang A liefert allgemeine Anleitungen und Hintergrundinformationen.
