ESDU 91006 gives vapour pressure for 17 monohalo-, dihalo-, trihalo-, and tetrahaloethylenes. The data were obtained by a critical evaluation of experimental results in the literature fitted by a recently developed correlation method that allows the extrapolation of results in the higher pressure ranges into the low pressure region. The method also enabled correlations to be developed for compounds for which only restricted results were available using correlations for compounds for which a wide range of data existed. The Wagner equation was used over the full liquid range from the melting point to the critical point. The coefficients of the equation are given for each compound and three tables of vapour pressure values calculated using them are included: in SI units at 5 K and 10 K intervals , in atmospheres at 5 and 10 degree C intervals, in lbf/sq in at 10 and 20 degree F intervals. A table also gives the saturation temperature at various specified pressures, and indicates the possible uncertainty in the calculated values. The sources of the data for each compound are included.
