A provisional recommendation for the interpretation of dispersibility results is given.<\/p>\n<p>Section 3 specifies a method, for routine use, for the determination of the wetting time in water of instant dried milk.<\/p>\n<p>Both methods are applicable to instant dried skimmed milk manufactured either by the \u201cstraight-through\u201d or by the \u201cre-wet\u201d process, and also to instant dried partly skimmed milk and instant dried whole milk.<\/p>\n<p>Methods applicable to instant dried skimmed milk made by &#8216;straight through&#8217; or &#8216;re-wet&#8217; process, also to instant dried partly skimmed milk and instant dried whole milk wetting time method for routine use.
