The standard establishes the<\/p>\n<p>\ncriteria to be used in the proper design, fabrication,<\/p>\n<p>\ninstallation, use, and maintenance of these irradiators which will<\/p>\n<p>\nensure a high degree of radiation safety. This standard is not a<\/p>\n<p>\nsubstitute for regulations.
