Specifically, this specification covers:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>PCC session establishment for Simple IP, Client Mobile IP and<br \/>\nProxy Mobile IP,\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Procedures for PCC policy control for home and roaming<br \/>\naccess,\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Procedures for offline charging, and\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Architecture and procedures for TDF.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Reference to a \u2018cdma2000 network&#039; in this document refers to<br \/>\nboth cdma2000 1x and HRPD air interfaces. The call flows in section<br \/>\n8 are specific to cdma2000 HRPD air interface only.
