All definitions have been coordinated with the NFPA Glossary of Terms.
Requirements for automatic detection systems were extracted from NFPA 13 for pre-action systems and NFPA 15 for deluge systems.
Requirements for fire department connections were extracted from NFPA 13.
New requirements for foam proportioning systems have been added.
Guidance on the different types of proportioning systems has been included in the Annex.
